Booking Process

Access our site and choose your destination, find your preferred type of activity, select the quantity, and the date you want to do it. Check all the relevant information and go through all required steps

Based on the type of activity, each one has a different confirmation time. In general, you will receive a confirmation within 24-48 hours after booking

After your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with all the information attached

In this case, we suggest that you plan to do the activity on another day or that you find similar ones which are available on that day

To show our appreciation for the trust you have placed in us, we will send you a
discount code or voucher for use on a future occasion.

No, the discount code or voucher does not apply for the activities which are already discounted

No, only one code or voucher can be used for one booking.

No, you just need to show it once you arrive at the meeting point 

Payment Process

Whilst South Tours does not charge any handling fee in addition to the final amount stated on our platform, foreign transaction fees may be applied by your card’s issuing bank if you pay in a non-local currency. Please check with your bank if you have any queries prior to making a purchase.

Yes, you can pay using another person’s card

After choosing the type of activity, date, and quantity, you will see the total amount that you will be charged for booking

For some activities, cash payments are accepted on the day they are carried out.
Please read the detailed information for each activity. If it does not say that cash payments are accepted on the day, you have to pay online in advance to ensure availability.

South Tours displays activity prices in a number of currencies including USD, EUR, GBP and more which you can convert using the currency drop-down menu. However, we currently only accept transactions in EUR

You can feel safe and confident with your payment since we’re using third party secure payment gateways to process your payment. If you choose to ‘save card information’, your credit card and debit card details are tokenized and encrypted and stored securely with our payment gateways.

Changes and Refunds

If you are not able to participate in the tour anymore, please let us know as soon as possible. Within 1 month before the tour, we will refund you 95% of the purchase price. Within 48 hours before the tour, we will refund you 50% of the purchase price of the ticket.

If for any reason we or our partners have to cancel the activity we will provide you a full refund of the ticket you pre-bought. And we will try to offer you other options for activities suitable for the traveler’s needs.

When you pay by credit or debit card it usually takes 5-7 working days, or up to 30 days for certain banks, for you to receive the refund in your account.
